Davina joined Mentoring SG because she is passionate about guiding and inspiring the next generation of professionals, particularly those interested in building meaningful careers in sustainability and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Glenn is a transpersonal psychotherapist and the founder of Breakthrough Academy and Therapy, where he focuses on helping individuals overcome personal challenges through holistic approaches. He is also the founder and chair of Architects of Life, a social impact organisation dedicated to equipping and empowering youths-at-risk and ex-offenders.
In addition to his work in therapy and social impact, Glenn serves as a Board Director for various charities and national committees. He is also the Chairman of the Mentoring Alliance SG and plays a key role in the Mentoring SG movement, advocating for mentorship and community development.

Ian is the MD and Group Head of International Management at UOB. In this role, he oversees the performance and governance of the Bank's international entities and Group Foreign Direct Investment Advisory. He also sits on the Group's Management Committee, Vietnam Banking Subsidiary, and Venture Management Boards.
With 30 years of corporate and investment banking experience in the Asia Pacific region, Ian held senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before joining UOB in 2012, including MD, Southeast Asia Region Head, China CEO, and Asia Pacific COO. He graduated from NUS with a BBA and holds an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management and HKUST.
A certified Chief Master Coach, Ian's mentoring and coaching efforts helped UOB International win the 2023 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Culture Excellence Award for Asia.

Ivah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with minors in Sociology and Journalism. Early in her career, she held various regional HR roles at leading financial firms, establishing herself as a strategic partner committed to fostering inclusive workplace cultures and driving organizational success. Following a brief career break to focus on her health and family, Ivah joined SSIA as Head of Human Capital Development, eager to make a meaningful impact.

Judy is the ex-Head of Learning & Development at Hays and the founder of The Outlier Mind. A PCC level ICF Certified Coach, she recently completed her Masters in Organisational Psychology. Passionate about personal growth, Judy believes in helping individuals push beyond their current realities through 1-on-1 coaching and leadership workshops.
She is also working on her upcoming book Beyond Belonging, which celebrates outliers in a world obsessed with fitting in. In addition, Judy co-hosts the podcast Inner Leader Chronicles, where she shares the stories of people who courageously embrace their unique, weird, and wonderful selves.

With over 31 years of experience across public, private, and NGO sectors, he has honed his skills in engineering, public service, auditing, training, coaching, and leadership. Starting as a quality professional, Justin’s journey of learning and self-discovery led him to become a sustainability professional.
Honoured with the SkillsFuture Lifelong Learning Fellowship Award in 2022, he is passionate about sharing his experiences. As a volunteer mentor, Justin empowers younger generations to pursue their sustainability dreams and make a positive impact.

Kai Ning is the co-founder of The Courage Chapter, a platform that helps senior professionals transition to their second chapters through meaningful projects with companies, leveraging their expertise for greater business impact. She also runs CareerSocius, a social enterprise focused on helping youth maximize their career potential through career discovery and job preparation training.
Before co-founding The Courage Chapter, Kai Ning worked as an HR professional at Unilever, where she gained valuable experience in talent management and development. Lynette is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience. She is currently the Managing Director, Human Resources, at Hines Singapore Pte Ltd. Her prior roles include Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at M&G Real Estate, and leadership positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, and Citibank Private Bank, covering APAC and EMEA regions.

Nadia is a dedicated program consultant at Training Vision Institute, an assistant mentor with X Offender for Good, and a peer specialist at the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. Currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Service Management, she is passionate about inspiring positive change in society, particularly by advocating for second chances for ex-offenders.

Su Yin is a seasoned aviation and logistics professional with over two decades of experience in enhancing service quality and customer experience. As Managing Director of dnata Singapore, she oversees ground handling and cargo operations at Changi Airport, ensuring world-class services for airline customers.
Before joining dnata, Su Yin served as CEO of Singapore Post Ltd, significantly improving service quality in postal and e-commerce logistics. Prior to SingPost, she was General Manager at Changi Airport Group, managing ground operations and customer experience.
Her career began with the Republic of Singapore Navy, where she served for 17 years, including as commanding officer of a warship. Su Yin holds a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and is a graduate of the United States Naval War College.

Raunak is a results-oriented HR leader with extensive experience in developing and executing HR strategies to build high-performance organisations across geographies. He is passionate about leveraging smart technology in HR and being a trusted partner to key leaders in top global tech companies. Known for managing global projects, Raunak drives large-scale transformational changes and is a respected HR voice at the executive level.
A DEI advocate, he contributes to mentoring and government affairs initiatives in Singapore. Outside of work, Raunak published his first fiction novel in 2020 and holds a Master's from The London School of Economics.

Yip Pin Xiu, a seven-time Paralympics gold medallist, is a trailblazer both as a para-athlete and advocate for the community. Diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, she won Singapore’s first Paralympics gold at age 16 in the 2008 Beijing Games. In 2016, Pin Xiu set world records in Rio, winning gold in the 50m and 100m Backstroke S2. She defended her titles at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, marking an impressive three-peat.
Outside the pool, she was the youngest Nominated Member of Parliament (2018-2020), advocating for inclusiveness and a better sporting culture. Pin Xiu also co-authored "The Mermaid Who Became a Champion" where she shares the story of her remarkable journey, from being bullied in school to becoming a champion at the Paralympic Games, and of how she overcame obstacles and met life’s challenges.

Zainab is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, spanning pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and diagnostics across multiple geographies. She is currently the General Manager for Southeast Asia and India at Sanofi, where she leads business growth and strategic initiatives across diverse markets for Vaccines.
Previously, Zainab served as General Manager for Southeast Asia at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics. With expertise in P&L management, digital transformation, and product launches, she has also led GSK Philippines and directed commercial operations for the region. Zainab is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, actively involved in the APAC Women Leader Association.
